Wellness action planning
Wellness Action Plan support us to manage and talk about our mental health, both in and outside the workplace. This interactive workshop will cover:

Understanding depression and anxiety
Depression and anxiety are extremely common, but can be managed with treatment, support and understanding. This course covers:

Understanding psychosis and bipolar disorder

Menopause and mental health
